Joyce Bunderson - President
Joyce Bunderson, has professional experience and an
academic background in nutrition, public health, food science, and
management. Joyce Bunderson actually sees herself as Grandma, because
she, in fact, has 32 grandchildren. Although she has a vision of
herself as a grandma, she is also a Registered Dietitian, with two
graduate degrees, one a Masters in Public Health, Nutrition from UCLA,
Class of 85; she also holds a doctorate in Public Administration. Joyce
was the manager of Clinical Nutrition Services at Children’s
Hospital, Los Angeles, one of the premier children’s
hospitals in the world.

Victor Bunderson - Chair Person
Dr. Bunderson’s work began in academic settings at the
University of Texas and Brigham Young University, where he was
principal investigator on the $5 million NSF-financed TICCIT
computer-aided instruction project. He has long regarded the problems
of educational change as requiring contributions from business and
technology as well as from academia. Accordingly, he has been a
co-founder of several companies involving advanced computer and
information technologies, and education and training applications. He
returned to academe in 1991 to work with a cadre of talented PhD
students, which led to Validity-Centered Design, and built the
foundations for Learning Progress Systems based on domain theories of
learning and growth.

Troy Skeen - Vice President
Troy has been working as a consultant, analyst, and
independent business owner since 1993. He is a graduate of Idaho State
University and has several graduate degrees from the School of Hard
Knocks and is continuing his education there :) Troy has had
many successful years in marketing, sales, and business development. In
his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

David Serpa - Operations Manager
A native from Peru, David Serpa has recently completed his Bachelor’s
Degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management from Brigham Young
University. He has had experience in different areas of business that
range from opening his own small business to helping other companies
improve their operational activities. David is an avid soccer fan and
likes spending time with his wife Lindsey.

Shawn Bunderson - Account Representative
Shawn is a graduate from Utah Valley State College where for the last
two years he has spent his time working as a member or the student
government. He has worked in retail sales at Nordstrom, Meier and
Frank, and Bassett furniture. He loves spending time with his family,
as well as playing a good game of golf or tennis when ever he gets the
chance. Shawn maintains a beautiful garden at his little farm in Orem
Utah where he raises a small coup of chickens and rides his two horses
whenever he gets a chance.

Kelly Stewart - Public Relations
Kelly comes to us from Provo, Utah where she attended Brigham Young
University receiving her B.A. in Communications with an emphasis in
Public Relations and a minor in Business Management. While in school,
she wrote for The Daily Universe and reported for the school radio
station KBYU-FM. In her senior year she worked with the Army ROTC
creating a Public Relations Campaign. Since graduating, Kelly has done
promotional work for Doctor Grandma’s, Great Harvest, Step Up
Sites, Harris Publishing, The Post Register, and The American Cancer
Society.

Kevin P. Shiley - Advisor/Board Member
Kevin is an International Marketing Consultant for International Alpaca
Association (pro-bono) Member, Rocky Mountain Association of
International Business Educators Scoutmaster and Eagle Scout. He is
Fluent in Spanish, has a basic knowledge of German. He is 48, married,
and has four children. His interests including Backpacking, Hiking,
Theatre, Music and International Current Events.

Philip S. Nitse - Advisor
Dr. Nitse has over nineteen years of sales and sales management
experience in retail, service, and industrial organizations. He worked
for United Technology Carrier as a Service. He developed and presented
both formal and informal service contract proposals to a variety of
different customers such as plant managers, school and county boards,
and hospital administrators.
He was the Division Sales Manager, responsible for servicing grocery
and convenience stores with health and beauty aid and non-food products
for Mass Merchandisers, Inc. He prepared such items as budgets,
compensation plans, and sales forecasts and was responsible for over
twenty supervisors and route salespeople.
Dr. Nitse worked for Value Fair Discount Stores as a Department
Manager, responsible for six hardline departments as well a third
manager of the store. He was responsible for ordering of regular and
seasonal merchandise, opening and closing of the store, and the hiring
and dismissal of department personnel.

Bill McNabb - Advisor
Bill McNabb is one of the biggest in the Grain Industry in the Western
United states.
Mr. McNabb was born and raised in Inkom, Idaho and
graduated from Marsh Valley High School. Mr. McNabb is a graduate from
Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Bill McNabb has a degree in
Accounting from BYU and has been involved in private Idaho businesses
every since his graduation from Brigham Young University in 1976. Mr.
McNabb played football for BYU during all four years of college and
served a two-year proselyting mission for his church (LDS) in South
Africa between 1971 and 1972. He speaks Afrikaans fluently.
Since October of 1997, Mr. McNabb has had a financial
interest in three (3) skilled nursing homes in southern Idaho. He is
the president of and major shareholder in McNabb Grain Inc. McNabb
Grain is one of the largest grain dealers in the Intermountain
Northwest in the grain commodity, soft white wheat. Mr. McNabb is also
the President and major stockholder in McNabb Trucking Inc. which is a
major grain commodity shipper in the United States.
Mr. McNabb is the Vice Chairman of Helping Hands
Sanctury of Idaho, Inc. Helping Hands Sanctuary of Idaho, Inc. provides
formal instruction and training to healthcare professionals.
Mr. McNabb and his wife, Lisa, have seven children
ranging from two years of age to 15 years of age.

Oliver is a student at Brigham Young University, working
towards earning a master’s degree in Computer Science. He works as
research assistant at the computer graphics lab at BYU and as a
contractor for Drgrandmas.com.

Mike Summers - Web Developer
Mike has been working in the field of Web Development and Design since
1998. He has worked for both small and larger businesses alike,
creating and maintaining sites for a variety of clients, including
fortune 500 technology companies. He enjoys designing and creating
educational video games. He recently moved from Portland, Oregon to
Idaho. He now enjoys living in Idaho Falls with his wife and 3 kids.
